• Platinum Plating Tank with Agitators

  Made from Polypropylene

  
  

  Requirement for a new plating tank with 3 different types of agitation.  The tank needed the ability to switch between agitators quickly.  The tank was designed so this could be achieved by turning a valve.

  
  

  The agitators proved to be both cost effective and space saving, as they provided the capability of three different styles of tank into one solution.

  
  

  The tank was required to plate turbine blades with Platinum.

• Box Parts Dividers

  Made from a variety of different materials include HDPE and Polypropylene.

  
  

  Required to protect high value parts when in storage to stop metal to metal contact.

  
  

  After reviewing the customer requirements, the most suitable material, was identified as Polypropylene and the inserts was fabricated.

• ADBLU Tank Repairs

  ADBLU tanks are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).

  
  

  Repairs were required after employees damaged the tanks.  A priority for the customer was that the solution be cost effective.

  
  

  A welded repair was the best solution and we undertook a site visit to carry out the work.
